With over 10 years in the mortgage and lending industry, I bring a client-first approach, offering expert guidance through every stage of the home loan process.

Providing end-to-end support, from application to settlement and beyond, I guide you through the process with clarity and professionalism.  I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach so I take the time to analyse your financial situation and goals to find the best-fit lending solution.

Natasha Viliamu

Based in Taranaki for the last 11 years,  I have 18 years experience in home lending having worked for major banks in both New Zealand and Australia, and have spent the last 10 years in a Mortgage Adviser role helping thousands of New Zealanders realise their property dreams.


Whilst I’m passionate about getting first-home buyers into their homes, my vast experience in lending makes me the ideal person to consult with on complex lending scenarios, double entity deals using your company or trust, and construction projects when building property.  There isn’t a lending scenario I haven’t seen and I’m relentless when it comes to securing not only your approval, but market leading pricing on interest rates and cash offers.

As an insurance advisor, I can also help you protect your most valuable assets – your health and the ability to generate an income for yourself and your family and to ensure that you can afford your mortgage not just today, but in 25 years from now.  This conversation goes hand in hand with the mortgage application.

Whilst based in New Plymouth full-time, I have clients all over New Zealand and overseas, making it possible to do business with me no matter where you live or what the time difference may be.

I started working for Jo Taylor in 2019 and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy helping clients throughout the process of purchasing a new property from a first home to a new investment, or a new build.
